The situation
A national garage door manufacturer had been working with a large agency for several years. On the surface, things appeared to be running — monthly reports were being sent and campaigns were active.
But when a new marketing manager stepped into the role, the cracks became obvious.
There was no conversion tracking. Google Analytics had never been properly configured. The account was still running on Universal Analytics — over a year after it had been sunsetted by Google. The results
Within the first months, the account was generating measurable leads for the first time in the client's digital advertising history. Cost per lead dropped from $18.63 in month one to $7.80 at its best, with a sustained average well under $12. Lead volume grew by over 70% as the account matured and expanded into new campaign types.
The client now has full transparency across every campaign, every dollar, and every lead.
